Well over two weeks ago, using an alternate email account, I sent both an email and also used the contact form on the Vitality 4 Life website. I politely asked if they could elaborate on Adams' certifications as a "senior fitness expert" because this info was not listed on Amazon or the Vitality 4 Life website. I never received a response. I find it very strange that this info isn't disclosed. The overwhelming majority of fitness instructors list their certifications (and sometimes include their educational background) on their websites and reverse sides of their DVDs.
