Stephanie leads this 24 min core workout with 3 backgrounders, all showing various modifications. All work is done on the floor and the exercisers are barefoot.

After a seated warm up, exercises include bridge leg extensions, side plank, V twist, toe touches, side leg drops, side lying knee crunch, plank, butterfly crunches, and a cool down.

I rate this a high intermediate routine following Stephanie - she starts at level one and then progresses to level 4. If you did level 4 for the entirety it would be advanced! As with all XTF workouts, this is interval style, each workout is performed for a minute or so. I received this DVD to review.
