Wai Lana's Little Yogis

This video comes as part of a nicely-designed "little yogi" package complete with mat, wall poster and stickers. My kids liked the video which has poses introduced with little animated segments. She sits in the center of a circle of children doing poses such as Lion (which mine love doing) and finally ends with yoga-dancing (which is probably their favorite part). A very nice gift package and good incentive to start yoga. It is good to have some other tapes, though, once the novelty wears off.
