I wasn’t particularly impressed by this ab workout. The first half (at least) are different variations of the crunch- absolutely no creativity whatsoever, imo. I liked the section for lower abs though. Holding onto the rebounder to lift and lower the legs allowed for a much greater range of motion. There’s not much else to say about this except I thought it was pretty boring and I probably won’t do it again. If I am going to spend time specifically working my abs I want it to be effective and fun, this really wasn’t either.
