Sculpture contains two 50 minute workouts Upper Body and Lower Body. This DVD is chaptered. Even though this is a long workout for the upper body and the lower body the time does go by fast. Must be all those reps. Margaret does pace all the exercises well so they flow nicely.

This DVD was taped indoors on a set with windows behind Margaret. Margaret is alone on this DVD.

Some exercises are done standing some floowork and some seated. It is a tough workout and sometimes you just feel like when will the reps end. So you will definately feel this one.

A hi-rep low weight very tough workout by Margaret. This workout has a similar intensity to her Triple Threat. A very effective workout to have.
