I.Warm up (approx. 12 minutes)
Twist, squat with stability ball, side stretch, alternate back lunges with stability ball, Atlas, foam rolling, roller angel, roller sphinx, world's greatest stretch, inch worm, table,
II.Workout (approx.. 33 minutes)
All moves done with some kind of balance (standing on one leg or with one leg on balance ball; alternate leg each round and then back and forth on 3rd round)
X2 SHOULDERS AND ARMS
3 Rounds of the following moves:
01 Balance Curl (on one leg or one leg on stability ball)
02 Arnold Press (Alternate Arms)
03 Overhead Tricep Pull (in table position on stability ball)
04 Six Direction Shoulder Fly
05 Crazy Eight (one arm in isometric bicep hold, one arm curling; alternate arms and legs every 8 reps)
06 Y-T Fly (low or no weight; on stability ball)
07 Rocket Launcher Tricep Kickback (one foot on tall step or box and other leg in lunge)
BREAK
3 Rounds of the same 7 moves
III.Cool down (aprrox 6 ½ minutes)
