It is the very best exercising video I have ever seen or owned.
You feel at ease finding 1 or 2 people you can identify with and exercise with.
Also, I had knee surgery about 7 years ago. With this tape I learn how to adjust different ways as the tape plays, so I can still exercise and breathe right.
