I do like having a "jogging" workout because for once I can keep up with the paces Grace gives. On her regular iTreads the "jogging" is often quite fast and unless it is sprints, I have a hard time maintaining her pace.

However, I still find this a tough workout. Probably because I end up trying to keep her paces throughout the workout. There isn't much walking in here, just a few moments while you are going up the 6% hill. So it ends up being a pretty good steady state workout with moderate intervals.

Some of the songs have a more country feel to them (not my favorite genre), but they are decent and the music is overall pretty good and goes with the workout.
