Barre work (16:56)

▪ Spinal rolls in 2nd position / Plié

▪ Small plié feet parallel in relevé with ball between knees / press knees on the ball

▪ Quad stretch

▪ Plié 1st position in relevé

▪ Plié 2nd position / in relevé

▪ Sweeps (petit battement): front, side, back, side

▪ Lying on stomach, lift legs off the floor, then open and close the legs

Core work (12:30)

▪ Torso twists (sitting with arms extended to the side, turn side and pulse)

▪ Roll downs and roll up to a straight back

▪ Isolation lifts (2 min.)

▪ Ball lifts

▪ Criss cross (bicycle)

▪ Roll ups

▪ Saw

▪ Neck pull

Floor work (11:02)

▪ Lower abdominal lift on the wall (4½ min)

▪ Pelvic tucks with feel on wall and ball between knees / tempo and feet position variations

Stretch (6:06)

▪ Hamstring stretch

▪ Inner thigh stretch on the wall

▪ Resting pigeon on the wall

▪ Seated neck stretch

Notes:

▪ Music is ok, kind of generic but good beat

▪ There is nothing wrong with this workout but it does not offer anything unique - every move in it is done better in some other iballet workout

▪ There is quite a bit of ab work (about 17 min) and little lower body floor work (only 6 min)

▪ I don’t enjoy the stretching done at the wall (moving close to the wall and away from it to get into position is annoying)
