Fit Tower Beginner: Slim & Trim
This Fit Tower program is a results-oriented, low-Impact total body workout that shares many of the same training methods used by professional dancers. Work along with Fitness Expert Cathe Friedrich, as she combines elements of Pilates, yoga and ballet as well as traditional strength training exercises.
After a short warm up, you'll begin your fitness journey with three challenging fitness segments. You'll start with lower body, move on to upper body and finish with core before enjoying a relaxing stretch.
