This is Tim's first video in the Creative Stepps series, and the least fun of them all. But that doesn't make it bad by any means.
The first half or so consists of fairly basic choreography, at an intermediate intensity level. Later in the video, you start working at a more advanced intensity level.
The set is a little corny. It's supposed to be a desert highway scene. There are cactuses (cacti?) scattered about, and a road sign reading "75 mph." But, hey, Tim's known for being a little corny anyway, so I guess that's okay!
The music is great -- some Janet Jackson and other tunes with a nice beat you can get into.
Although this is a good workout, Tim's later videos are a lot more fun. I give this a B.
