Burn Pilates + Weights + Cardio

I picked this up at a used book sale. I liked the idea of short Pilates segments interspersed with cardio and weights, as I enjoy mixing and matching. The Main Menu of the DVD does include a Chapter selection as well as options to Play with or without music. Here are the chapter breakdowns:
Chapter 1: Introduction
Chapter 2: Warm Up
Chapter 3: Cardio 1
Chapter 4: Arms with Weights
Chapter 5: Abs 1
Chapter 6: Cardio 2
Chapter 7: Legs with Weights
Chapter 8: Legs on Mat
Chapter 9: Cardio 3
Chapter 10: Abs 2 and Triceps
Chapter 11: Legs on Mat 2
Chapter 12: Abs 3
Chapter 13: Stretch
Unfortunately I didn't really enjoy this. The Pilates segments were okay, although the exercises mostly felt like general calisthenics that Pilates-specific work. I felt the entire workout was an odd combination of being too slow to being too intense (e.g., too much cardio impact, more advanced Pilate move), so it just didn't work for me in the end.
Lisa's instruction was fine. Her personality was extremely low-key - both she and the workout reminded me quite a bit of Bernadette Giorgi.
