Mia works out with one backgrounder in this 19 min core & stretch workout. Mia performs the intermediate and advanced options and the backgrounder does the beginner. You wont need any equipment for this workout. The countdown timer has a stopping point for beginners, intermediates, and advanced.
After a quick warmup you move into 12 core exercises including: hi & low planks, superman, low back leg scissors, side plank, bridge, boat, elevator planks, side plank hi dips, leg drops, prone swimmer, and single leg stretch. The workout concludes with an 8 minute stretch.
This is an intermediate workout, but truly offers a customized workout - you choose your intensity and duration of each exercise. Mia is a great instructor and this workout does a great job of hitting the entire core & lower back!
