This is a 4-mile walk made up of two "classic walks" comprised of her usual moves and two "power walks" with cardio intervals, which she calls power boosts. From the menu, you can choose either the entire 4 miles or either of the two 2-mile walks - class walks or power walks.

This workout is not for me because the power boosts include higher impact moves like jumping jacks and lots of bounces. My knees just won't take those types of moves. If you like that kind of move, then you may enjoy this workout.

She's typical Leslie - perky, encouraging, enthusiastic.

I really enjoy this video. However when i go to pull it up on yubetube it wouldn't show, I have lost 55lb on the 4 fast mile boosted walking. Is it not on anymore?

You asked, Leslie listened - in her latest workout, Leslie uses new music (Free's "All Right Now" and an aerobic version of Taio Cruz's "Dynamite" come to mind) and she walks (and jogs! and jumps!) in a brightly lit room. Leslie also provides workout options -- you can choose from either of two 2-mile walks (a classic-mile walk or a power-mile walk) or one 4-mile walk. In the classic walks, she is joined by the entire gang, and they're having fun walking, talking, joking, etc. Leslie is alone in the first power-mile walk; she is joined by two other exercises in the second power-mile walk. The "power" in the "power miles" comes from jogging or jumping for short intervals (power bursts.) As she jumps up and down, she waves a fist in the air and proclaims she's "fist bumping." More like "fist pumping" but whatever makes her happy, LOL! It's nice to see Leslie still going strong after all these years.
