Denise & her daughter co-lead this 10 min dance workout alone in an open space. You wont need any equipment for this cardio dance routine.

After a warmup exercises include V step, standing crunches, pony, side step, shimmy shake, knee pulls, kicks, twists, heel taps, cardio lunges & punches and a cooldown.

This is a low intermediate routine that is fun and a little funky. Not overly choregraphed and no TIFTing. Easy to catch on to and a fun little routine. Love seeing Denise working out with her daughter, passing on great habits to the younger generation! I received this dvd to review.
