This workout clocks in at 14:37. There is no warm up as it plays right after you finish Sweat B. You can also choose this from the main menu. There is no cool down either.
Exercisers: Tony is with 2 men, one of whom shows easier modifications, and 1 woman. Everyone is wearing athletic clothing and no one is being obnoxious or is mugging for the camera.
Ab Ripper C follows the previous format of adding on 5 new exercises to the previous Ab Ripper workout. So there are 20 exercises in total and you do each exercise for 10 reps. The pacing is a bit quicker in Ab Ripper C than in A or B, and it's still a thorough and tough ab workout.
Exercises: Pac Man, plantain rolls, Ish combo, rope climber, pike crunch, circle crunch, bridge crunch, triangle crunch, roller bike, bug crunches, magic circles, twist and row, Buddha crunch, ½ boat crunch, banana bike, sphinx leg lift, sphinx bird dog crunch, spidey crunch, dolphin drops, sphinx hold.
Because of the short duration of the workout, Tony doesn't have the time to get too goofy with his banter. He typically demonstrates the exercise and then walks around commenting on the backgrounders during the work period.
