I think this dvd is marketed toward beginners/re-starters, but I'd rate it as Intermediate in difficulty. It's challenging, especially if you put a lot of energy into it! There is a tutorial segment, and I liked that one doesn't have to sit through ALL the moves -- you can just pick the move that you're having trouble with from a menu listing.

The workout is divided into "blocks" that you can "play all" or just choose individually from the main menu.

BLOCK 1: the longest at 12 minutes because it teaches the Bhangra Basic (which I don't like and sub with a walk/march with "style") and "lightbulb arms"; there is also a brief stretch mid-way through this block. Other moves include the Bhangra Square (my fave!), Bhangra Push, and the Bollywood Skip.

BLOCK 2: at a little over 7 minutes, you learn the Bhangra 8 (my nemesis), Bhangra Glide, and Sufi (with lots of Basic between each move).

BLOCK 3: around 7 minutes and you learn the Bhangra Stomp with knee up, Dohl Beat (which I remember fondly from her Exercise TV All Star Workouts episode), and Bhangra Throw (again with lots of Basic).

Then there is a 10 minute JAM SESSION where you go through all 10 moves in order, 3x.

The COOL DOWN is 3 min and it just some basic and stretches (pretty similar to the warmup stretching).

For the most part, I really enjoyed this, though I found it more challenging than anticipated. It is *really* repetitive and if you don't like TIFTing, you may not like this! The music is great and the workout comes with a CD with the songs on it (I can't wait to use the CD while I'm on my rebounder!) My copy came in a 2-disc dvd sleeve, not a "regular" dvd case.
