radiant heart yoga

Heart opening usually leaves me feeling really good, so I thought I would like this one, but I really didn't like it. It is shot with the sunset behind Shiva, so Shiva is mostly in shadow, which makes it hard to see what she is doing. There's also a pose she goes into a lot in the begining that just isn't right for me - you're in low lunge then straighten out the front leg, but only your heel is touching the ground. It's uncomfortable for me to stay in this pose, but she uses it so much.
