Stretches:
~ standing upper body stretches (hands clasped behind back, then overhead)
~ standing forward bend
~ lunge series, including a hamstring stretch
~ standing hip stretch
~ standing forward bend
This is a nice little add-on to use after some of the iTrain cardio workouts. It is simple and easy to follow (and there is a pdf to look at, if there is any confusion.) I like that is done without laying on the floor - so this would also be good for using after an outdoor run.
