This is a hard one! It’s an hour of yoga balancing poses. It may be harder for me than for some of you out there - I need to work on balance because it’s never been easy for me. If you’re a natural at it, maybe you won’t find it as challenging. This is one of those I dread doing because it is difficult, but when I do do it, it goes by quickly and I feel better for having challenged myself. This tape is very nicely produced. Kathy does the workout outdoors on rocks - it looks like she’s in a mountain area. I have trouble doing these balancing poses on a flat floor, and here Kathy is doing them on rocks. :) I do have one warning: the sound cuts in and out on my copy. I don’t know if it’s defective or if they’re all like this. It’s really not bad - it’s a lot worse toward the end - but even though it really doesn’t mess you up, it can be a big distraction. Grade A for the workout excluding the sound problem.
