I liked this tape. I didn't find the nudity sleazy at all. I think it's int/adv level though they do tell you to modify and they go a little slow sometimes demostrating a move twice. There is no instructor per se, just a background voice and one or two women demostrating the moves. First, there are about 15 minuets of commercials. Then, they go through all the moves quickly, explaining what each one will do. Next, there is the Sun Salutation. For the last half hour they go through how to do each pose . I'm no expert, but there seem to be really good explanations and detailed instruction on how to do all the moves. However, I have several other yoga tapes (Practice Series, Kathy Smith, and Ali Magraw) and liked this one the least. Overall, I would rate it a C+.
